The books are shipped via express courier (GLS). Delivery typically takes place within 2-3 working days, depending on the destination location. You are required to always specify a telephone number and a valid email address for all communications.

NATIONAL SHIPPING: If after 3 working days you have not yet received the books ordered, you can report it to the address [email protected] specifying the order date and payment method.

Purchase Ebook
If you have purchased an ebook you can proceed to download both from the link you received in the confirmation email, and on the website, by clicking on the top right on My account and then download.
ATTENTION: it is advisable to always indicate an address where the postman / courier has the possibility to deliver the package to a natural person, in order to avoid misunderstandings, loss and delays. Furthermore, it is required to always specify a telephone number and an email valid for all communications.
