The Way of St Benedict aims to unite, through paths, streets, and roads with low traffic, the three most important places for the birth and development of the Benedictine movement: Norcia, Subiaco and Montecassino. Its length is 305 kilometres for the trail by foot, 40 kilometres more by bike. For the latter, it was made so that it departed as little as possible from the walking route.
We will not fail to visit the most important monasteries and abbeys of the Benedictine family, trying to better grasp the spirit of the places, without neglecting the many other cultural and religious cues that will be offered to us along the way and that will open wide unexpected possibilities of deep reflection.
